At bear + wolf the health and safety of our team and our customers is our top priority.  

 

We are continuously monitoring updates from the Government and Public Health England, and reviewing our procedures to ensure we are providing the safest experience for you and your loved ones.  We will do everything we can to minimise the spread  whilst helping you to enjoy the great outdoors.

 

In addition to our usual T&Cs, and in line with current UK Government advice, the following measures are in place:

 

DIGITAL BOOKINGS + PAYMENTS are contactless and completed online before you arrive onsite

 

When SOCIAL DISTANCING is required (as per Government guidelines) we ask that you adhere to advice throughout your time onsite.  Arrival/ departure times will be staggered to aid this

(We have ingenious contact free ways to get you back on your board in the event of falling in the water accidentally or purposefully!)

HAND SANITISER is provided, please use it!

 

Our kit is SANITISED throughly between each use. We have allocated additional time between sessions for cleaning and use an aquatic disinfectant best suited to our natural surroundings and the wildlife

​

BYO drinks, snacks, eyewear straps, etc (no single use plastic bottles please!) LEAVE NO TRACE please ensure you take all belongings and rubbish away with you

 

DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS please contact us if you or any of your party / family members are showing any symptoms or have done so in the last 7 days, or are awaiting a test result and we will work with you to reschedule your session
